They were over booked and sending people elsewhere, we had to fight to get the room we wanted and had paid for, to be told we had to pay more, which we did, staff not that friendly, a big deal for pool boy to make us cocktails, woken in early hours for them to check the mini bar fridge even when we had a do not disturb sign on door, when we got back to Aust. we were refunded the extra we had paid through our travel agent and got an apology from hotel in writing. Also we found there to be alot of flies around buffet area.. Have had better service from so many other hotels, the only good thing was the location.
