I think it was through George of Bali Adventure Tours. (The hotel should be able to find you a number for them. They were great. There were 8 of us and we paid $25.00 ea for all three activities and transport. I was very happy with them as their safety standards were very high. They had new harnesses on the parasailing and they wouldn't let the kids go jetskiing without a tandem. You shouldn't have to pay too much higher than that. This was just last August.
