We took ours back in zip cases (presuming you mean files which you can then zip up?). Helgi only sells his DVD's in plastic sleeves and then sells the files separately I think for 50 000RP each although if you buy lots from him (as we did) he will throw in some for free or cheaper. Most places we went only sold their DVD's in the plastic sleeves. It makes them much easier to store and pack.
And just a note on DVD's - we had no problems getting them back in and we had four files/zip cases full. The customs lady didn't even ask to look at them but they were in plain view in our suitcase.
