My wife has just returned from 2 weeks at the Kuta Lagoon Resort with her mother
The owner recently sacked the management and is running the hotel himself
The stay was a disaster, no service, overcharging, overbooking: guests moved to cheap budget hotels nearby, pool "broken" for 4 days and lots more
Many guests who have stayed there for years vowed that they would never stay here again
