I have stayed at Adhi Darma and found it to be extremely loud.... Depends on where your room is located. Just up the road from Melasti is Kumala Pantai, i got back around 2 weeks ago. It is a stunning hotel with a great (cheaper than normal) restaurant. It is located next to Jayakata Hotel. Hightly recommend it. I have also stayed at Puri Raja and numerous budget hotels in Poppies Lanes and some villa in Legian. I think Kumala Pantai is a great place.... If you want eny more info let me know
