Can anyone tell me the advantages of booking a complete holiday via an agent or are there benefits to booking some or all yourself? I'm looking at goint to Bali for 2 weeks and thought I'd stay 4 nights in one place then 10.5 nights elsewhere. I've priced airfares anthe they seem huge. I also have prices from the prospective places. When I ad them altogether it becomes rather pricey. Do agents get discounts? Also if you book through an agent can you leave x amount of days in lou to book some of the accom. yourself? This may seem like a dumb question but I really would like to know.
