I have taken 2 large suitcases of stuff over for them before. The only hassle we had at customs (even though we had a letter from Bali Street Dog People) was we had to leave one suitcase in the office at the airport. We phoned the Dog Rescue office and they sent someone with ID and authorisation to pick up the case of stuff. They collected it no problems. I think it was mainly to make sure the stuff was not for sale. A lot of the stuff I had was medical supplies from the hospital I work at, so it wasn't marked as being for dogs. The dog rescue over there is excellent and they really do such a good job.
