Spent the last 2 weeks of our holiday there this month. Still terrific hotel and great value. We can't get in in October for more than a couple of days if we'd wanted 1 room and not at all because we need 2 rooms together as we are taking our grandson. The only way you can be sure you'll get in is to book 6 months in advance. The staff tell us that they are never less than 80% occupancy in the quiet times and always full in the busy times. They are painting the rooms currently which is good because the hotel is only roughly 3 years old and many hotels just don't do anything much till it really gets run down. We had to laugh though because they started painting the room next door in the moring and were still painting at 10 that night. Don't know when they stopped or if they stopped but the following lunchtime the next guests moved in!!
