We had an Aussie BBQ at his home last August. It was really terrific.
We stopped at Bali Deli on the way to his home and he bought the supplies. Tut was lovely too.
I said to him that we'd prefer them to prepare an Indo meal for us, to make it easier for them, and more traditional for us, but he has his bbq set up and thats what we had.
(Tut had just delivered Indira a few weeks earlier).
