From Ubud, each trip you propose should be a full day trip if you wany to see just some of the sights along the way, although they can be covered in one day if you don't stop to long anywhere. From Begugul I'd suggest that you ask your driver to turn left on the way up the hill and stop at the coffee plantation a few Ks after the turn off and visit Munduk Falls rather then Gitgit which is a more difficult walk and festering with more hawkers. From Lovina you can return through Bedugul via Gitgit etc if you want.
A day hire for a car (8 hours) and driver should be Rp300,000 at the most, depending on how well you bargain. This includes any petrol costs and parking charges. All hire vehicles in Ubud work on the bargaining system, there are no metered local taxis.
At the link below you will find (down the left hand side) links to some stories and photos of places of interest around Ubud, Lovina and Bedugul (look for the Trip North and the Rushed Trip story).
At the top of the list you will find the Bali Forum Recommendations. If you open this one (it will take some time to load) you will find detailed sections on Ubud, Bedugul and Lovina, places to stay, to eat and drink, drivers, sightd and secret places to visit.
Have a great trip.
