VOA Changes

Saw a report from BTF last week regarding changes to the VOA. I am going to Bali for 3nights 4days soon as can't find any site stating that the voa is $10us for 6 days now instead of the 3 days. Does anyone know whether this is true and where they read it. Spoke to travel agent and they know nothing about the change
