Is this a good price for a Driver?

Can you please advise me if this is a good price to hire a driver for the day.
-Half day tour of up to 5 hrs - 300 000rp
- Full day tour 6 - 8 hrs - 350 000rp
- 9-12 hrs - 400 000rp
Extra hours - 40 000rp per hour
The cost includes driving,meals,vehicle with petrol, parking fees and necessary Balinese dress.

I would appreciate any advice regarding hiring drivers and costs. Should I book a driver before I go to Bali or wait until I'm there to arrange.
