for clearing that up. When I read Made's post, I thought about how some travel agents arrange expensive transfers when they know how cheap and easy it is to do it yourself at the airport taxi office. And how some sell people expensive tours instead of just telling people to arrange it themselves in Bali at much better prices. And how some tell people that they can't book a package deal with only part of the time pre-booked etc etc.
I suppose we could be inclined to think about travel agents in terms of the old joke usually told about lawyers, "90% of them give all the others a bad name". [And please don't all you honest competent travel agents out there take me too seriously!]
Anyway, if your assumption is correct, I'm happy to apologise for my comments.
