Bagus seems to mean great!/wonderful/beneficial, and there is a saying "Bali Bagus" which I gather means something like "Wonderful Bali"
My dictionary says "Great" for bagus.
Baik, Baik-baik, baiklah all seem to mean degrees of 'good'as in good/okay/fine

For 'good' in relation to food, you will please the cook immensely if you say "Enak sekali" as you leave (pron. e'nark s'karli,..the 'e' and 's' are there but almost not pronounced)as you leave..kinda means 'very/absolutely delicious!"
