Some people on another board I frequent swear by Bali Discovery Tours and swear their prices are the best. However, in my experience, direct negotiation with the hotel itsellf has gotten me better prices and I don't need to prepay the rooms. Before committing to a booking agent, be sure you inquire directly with the hotel, asking if they can meet or beat the rate the agent has given you (and be sure it is for exactly the same room type, and includes tax and breakfast if the agent's deal does). I've never had a hotel say they couldn't do the same or better for me directly. Also, be sure you understand the cancellation policy of using an agent for a hotel...the policy through and agent is almost always less forgiving than a direct booking.
IF the rate with Bali Discovery is lower than hotel's direct rate for the exact same thing, and IF you are OK with the cancellation policy/change policy, then from what I've heard from others who have used Bali Discovery you'll be just fine.
