The bike tour is not strenuous at all. Picture riding down the hills and only cycling for about 500m of the ride. There are three small hills. I gave my card away with the email address but my other three friends kept it. The guide is really keen to show the villages off and support the locals so you can only ask. He may suggest riding part of teh way and the rest going in the van.. Do not book a bike tour through an agent as it is twice the cost. If you are interested, email me with bike details as the message. I will get the details from my friend and send them to you.
