but when buying and "bartering" as you say, start at 1/3 and expect to pay around half, give or take.You will know for next time.
I know they could do with the money but very sad to see someone pay $50 for a watch for example when they should have paid $5 and it breaks :)Also becomes a very expensive holiday.
