We have had excellent service from www.bali.co.nz with booking our holiday this year (after several years of complicated and sometimes unneccessarily expensive booking procedures with other agents). These guys know Bali and specialise in Bali bookings. If anyone can help you, they can. Website gives a menu of options, ie airlines and accommodations.
