We did the Mount Batur cycling through 'Telega Dewata Action Adventure' booked through Marco's Tour (Kartika Plaza St) on the bend between the Melasti Beach Resort (Legian) and the Niksoma. The difference is this is a cycling tour on mountain bikes (rafting-dewata.com) which is at a slower pace whereas the quads (4 wheel motor bikes) is faster (baliquad.com). Both tours take you through villages, rice fields and show you the other side of Bali and are well worth doing!
