We also live in Melbourne, but booked our holiday through Nicki Lawson, from Allround Travel in Brisbane.
We checked many travel agents in Melbourne, and she out did them all, on price and on service.
Can't recommend her highly enough.
As Bob Bali says, her name will pop up in the archives... That's how I found her details and got in touch with her.
