You can get your hair braided almost anywhere, by ladies on the beach & on the street. For long hair you should pay about 50,000rp. You might want to pay more and have it done in a comfortable salon, which is airconditioned, because it takes a long time. Be careful of headlice as well.
There are surf shops everywhere but your best bet would be to go to Surfer Girl. It's HUUUGE you wouldn't have ever seen anything like it! You can also have a look at Matahari & other department stores - in the teenage sections the styles would suit your age.
You can buy CDs at most places that sell DVDs. For pirated ones, you'll pay about 10,000rp each and more for real ones. Don't worry there are shops selling CDs everywhere!
