Is Tulle Material Available?

Has anyone ever bought tulle material in Bali? If so, where and the approx price please.Was there a good colour range available?

I am thinking about having an "after 5" dress made for my 16 year old with material already bought here in Perth, but she has chosen a pattern with a tulle underlay skirt, hence the question.
