Millenia in Denpasar, on the right hand side on the way from Kuta/Legian before you turn left to go to Ramayana - the taxi drivers will understand the directions! - have a lot of stuff made for the overseas market in larger sizings. Found some larger size shoes in the Foot Locker and other places but have to hunt for them.
