We stayed in rooms 255, 256 and 253...these were all at the back of the pool....that is when you walk down from lobby they were the ones past the pools but still facing the pools so I guess if these are the ones then yes they are finished....the bathrooms seemed fairly newish.
I am sure you will love it in October.
