Thanks Rex for your kind remarks. I too live in Perth. I have been burgled four times in two different homes, once when I was in the house. My husband has been held up in two different locations once with a knife to his throat and once with a shot gun so perhaps you can understand that it can happen anywhere. I was annoyed that the staff were so casual about a situation that caused distress to a kid on his first trip to Bali and didn't seem to be concerned about it.
