Actually there is only a queen up top...I think to sleep five they would have to but a sleeper bed in the downstairs area, it'd be pretty squashy though.
We were in one for two days in April this year. We had four people in our room.
Two single beds and a bathroom downstairs and a queen and another bathroom upstairs. Both up and down stair rooms had TV's, telephones, fridges and balcony's with table and two chairs. The stairs are a bit dodgy.
