Hi again Muffy. I too have a funny tummy (IBS) I always wear shorts with pockets so I can put in a pile of tissues and my asthma puffer. There are toilets all through Kuta. Every MacDonalds have them and all major shops. Most have paper but some do charge for it, only about 5 or 10 cents. If I was ever in need i would just call in to visit a hotel as they always have toilets. The only place that I have ever been too that was a bit "iffy" was up in the hills at a lake and they only had the squat loo but they had paper and it was very clean. If I thought that I was going to have a funny tummy day I would take an extra half of a panadine forte before going out and i would be fine. (I take half every day for another medical condition (fibromyalgia)I have).One of the side effects of the panadine is in some people it can cause constipation which for me is great.
