If you read my post you will see that my post refers to not only very unhygenic things such as urine over the toilet on arrival but grumpy and unhelpful staff. Plain decor etc I could live with (got what I paid for - no probs with that) but other things.... Have stayed at budget places before - friendliness should not be something we expect just at a certain star hotel.
