Murray at Nagasari Hotel

Has anyone got's Murray's email? He's the manager at the Nagasari.I can't find where I put his business card & I want to send him an email.I know in the past if I have sent an email to the hotel main email that they are extremely slow at replying.
Before anyone asks no I am not going again - well not until the end of the year anyway.
