I think the kids will have a ball and I think price wise Bali is cheaper anyway. It's a shame but I do think thats how some Bali virgins may think nowadays because there is so much hype nd bad media.
When we were in Bali early June, my Mother called me every second day saying she thinks we should come home, things don't look good and you know what? We heard absolutely nothing in Bali at all - NOT ONE WORD. I think the media here hype it up so much and really turn things into a big deal where as Bali (Sanur) to me was still a sleepy hollow to be honest. No dramas, no noise, no nothing although it was quiet.
I love hearing stories about families going and how the kids have so much fun and get into trouble with Mum and Dad, play up and embrace Bali, experience a barter - the whole lot. I hope when we have kids Im lucky enough to do the same. Can't wait to read your JBR.
