We did the dolphins...and saw lots and lots of them. And very few boats. I think the trick might be to go out a bit later than they say...we passed most of the boatscoming in on our way out. I also had reservations about going because I thought it was hard on the dolphins to be chased by boats...but the dolphins really seemed happy to play. They swam around and under our boat and didn't in the least look like they were fleeing to my relief.
