This is an excellent little hotel - we have stayed there many times since 1999 when we tried them for the first time. We have a favourite room in the bungalow section and ask for it each time. Service is excellent - never had the problem Jo described. Position is great - right in the middle of the Sanur strip - good beach front since the new work. Cheers Bob B..
