Travel insurance / Medical Condition ??

Can anyone recomend a travel insurance company that covers "Medical Conditions" - Brother had heat attack 2 weeks ago and now has a couple of stints in his arteries.
Would welcome info for our upcoming trip to Bali in September for a travel insurance co that may cover him or his family
