that's nearly a stone , LOL !! I love the food too , the spicier the better , nothing like a hot Nasi for brekkie ! But somehow between the heat, extra walking and swimming I usually lose weight , sometimes 5 kg over 2 weeks , but soon pile it back on again unfortunately :-(
