We took out two teenagers 13 & 16 both shocking nail biters. I said to them before we left Perth about not eating without hand washing etc and as they are biters I said it would be a good idea if they stopped while we were there as who knows what ends up on yor fingers and then into your mouth. All the way on the plane they chewed. But once we arrived and they saw what I meant the pair of them stopped cold turkey. By the time were coming home their nails were looking really nice just starting to get the little white bit showing. But alas by the time we arrived back in Perth they were all chewed off! I could not belive it but they both said they had been hanging out to chew them! Neither of them got sick in Bali so that was good. I have told a few nail biters to stop and they have and thanked me as they did not think about the germs. Hope it works for you.
