If you want someone to stay with you for the day, get a driver.
If you just want to be dropped off at the markets get a cab (30.000 I think). May have gone up a little.
The cheaper way would be to get the Perima shuttle but the times may not suit you and the buses are sometimes pretty bad. It's not much cheaper if there are a few of you as you pay per person.
If you do a bit of searching you can find where to go and just get a cab (my preference). Most things are in one area.
