The hotel itself is a little what dated,old paint,pictures etc,but the BEST location!!! right next to centro and left a bit to kuta square.If you have not already paid for a deluxe room I strongly recommend you upgrade (unless of course you are "young") and don't mind club music and screaming from the sling shot directly opposite! very very noisy,it cost us $100 aust to upgrade for 11 nights,and worth every cent.The breakfast is fit for a king,but take your own vegimite and hang on to it,lol you can not buy it there and it dissapears often!There is a guy in the hotel where you book tours called Norman and we went on a couple with him he is very very good and explains about the culture,tell him Colleen sent you lol.We did the bali hai evening tour and it was fab,could depend on who else you get on board but we had a blast.This was our third trip so we went to the more cultured side and learnt alot about how people survive and work,the best day we had!!!!(Norman took us,we made up our own tour)...
