I used the roll ones & you arent able to vacum these.
I would only put clothes in there as you want to roll it as tight as possible to get all the air & a handbag would be too restrictive.
I half filled the bag, rolled it, opened it & put some more stuff in, rolled it again etc until no more could fit.
The vacuum ones would be better but most of the hotels are tiled with little or no carpet so i dont think many hotels have a vacuum cleaner?
