with all these supposed anti tamper detection devices etc. what actually happens when you get to the destination and see that the strap or whatever is broken?? do not pick up the bag? or
do not declare it is yours even though the tag says it's yours?
tell your friendly customs officer that the strap wasn't broken when you left it? (how does he know this is true?)
next time sc goes to bali maybe she should pack illegal substances in a bag with a broken anti tamper strap??
just a few thoughts/doubts.
any explanation to a contrary view is appreciated just to reassure me.
