most Bali Belly is actually amoebic dysentry and you can take Flagyl which is an antibiotic for it.
get a script from your doctor for it and get it filled here as the antibiotics over there are of a questionable standard.
dont take it unless you really need it tho, use other remedies if it isnt too bad.
