to responding. As you can probably figure out I'm out walking and exercising a lot so not as much time on the computer/forum. I have been doing weight watchers since 20 November last year and lost 35 kg to date, only 12 kg to go to goal. So it's a combination of modifying your eating habits (drats) and doing a lot of exercise, I do deep water running, water aerobics, walking at fairly brisk pace, and just enrolled in belly dancing classes (Graeme just thinks I'm certainly in the mid life phase, tatt and b.dancing!. I even lost 2.2 kg while in Bali for 3 weeks (keeping away from the cocktails with cream type mixtures), and sticking to Bintang or more often my bacardi and diet coke mix, took my swim noodle sticks and peddled away a few km in the pools (much to the amusement of the hotel breakfast staff LOL). And ... only having black rice pudding twice!!! I'm lucky that some of the georgeous clothes I bought in Ubud still fit me as they were 'free style' but still are not too baggy.
