i know at paddy's and the bounty pretty much anything goes with the dress, i have had no problem getting in with rubber thongs. tell her to watch out for glass though, a friend of mine cut her foot whilst wearing thongs in paddy's. Im not so sure of the dress code up in the Seminyak clubs.
