Yes, the Golden Lotus at the Dynasty is fantastic. Their speciality is the Peking Duck. Also try their beef and pork dishes. I didn't much fancy their dim-sums, though.
Rene Bauman has written often about the Mandarin at the Bali Rani. I think he said that the frogs legs there are superb. He also raved about their crab meat and asparagus soup.
