We have stayed there twice and were quite happy with it. Definitely not upmarket but rooms were big, aircon worked, tv was clear had a small balcony plus good location. Pool got crowded(hotel was full) and pool bar ran out of Bintang several afternoons but hey you can get that anywhere. It served our purposes fine.
