I have been twice while pregnant - first I was 21 weeks, second time in April this year 18 weeks with the 15mth old in tow. I didn't look pregnant either time as I show small.
Had a ball and didn't worry about anything as been many times and never been sick, although I would just make sure that your food is all well cooked (especially eggs). Do the same precautions as you would here. (I've probably been sick here more than there!)
Just relax and enjoy your trip.
