We just returned on Sunday, and I thought it was quite busy. I expected it to be quiet, but I was surprised, I thought there was more tourists than last time I went (same time last year - early june).
We also asked various taxi drivers, shop keepers etc. and they said they have been busy. The plane was jam packed both ways, and I never saw anything suss on the streets, although we avoided the Legian st pubs/clubs at night. Everything was calm, and everyone was smiling (as always!). All the restaurants we ate at for dinner were packed.
Also, we stayed at the Lokha, and apparently they were full house.
