I recall seeing soya milk in the supermarkets. I am lactose intolerant and while I have Sanitarium So Good (the cappuchino one) on my cereal I do not like soy milk hot, so I use Liddell's Lactose Free milk - the low fat version, that comes in cartons. It is a UHT milk but I find the low fat one tastes like ordinary milk and have given it to my husband in his tea without him noticing the difference when we run out of his ordinary milk. I will be taking three boxes with me as it lasts a week in the fridge once opened. If you take milk with you in cartons maybe take it as carry-on luggage or you may find a chalk mark on your case. I had one once that I rubbed off, and was not stopped, but later on I realised that they may have thought the cartons showing up on their scanners were cask wine!
