You are right on about the surfers as they would go no matter what. Most of them go on boat trips so don't worry about all warnings.I know as i have 2 sons that are mad surfers & all i worry about is them hurting themselves surfing dangerous reefs. All i ever worry about when i'm over there is if one of those large volcanoes goes up.Planes can't land if airport is covered in ash. But thats life .
