Value Accomadation

We are looking to go to bali in Sept for 12 nights. just wondering any value for monty places to stay. We are both under 25, but dont want to be out all night and miss the days, or see them with a hangover.
Thinking of the following places:
1 Jayakarta Hotel & Res
2 Bali Dwira Hotel
3 Bounty Hotel ( is in the middle of everything we know)
