2 nights 3 days, which was enough for even us, who are Sanur and not Kuta people, if you know what I mean!
It's very nice part of Bali, we enjoyed the snorkelling and the peace and quite, the major problem seems to be transport, because you're a bit away from a lot of things, other than the beaches and hotels, if you don't have access to transport, there isn't much else available, well not that we found.
We were in the third or fourth bay around with steep hills at each end, which was just too much for us walk up to access the next bay on, so we were stuck until our driver came back to pick us up.
Some hotels have their own transport, it might be worth asking them what transport is available for you to use, or just take a couple of books and vegout! {;o)
